Poetry World Series: Litquake Edition

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Seattle’s John Roderick emcees this rowdy, fast-paced reading. Two teams of award-winning poets take turns batting at topics pitched by the audience. Fastballs, curveballs, knuckleballs: these poets won't know what's coming next! Judges D. A. Powell, Beth Nguyen, Katie Peterson score each performance, and the winning team takes the series title. Hilarity—and top-notch poetry—guaranteed! Book sales/signings to follow. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Don't forget to bring a topic to stump the poets! $5 in advance or $10 at the door
